Our core business is working with healthcare providers and local authorities to deliver modern integrated health and social care services through the provision of high-quality, affordable, community-based facilities.
Fulcrum is the private shareholder in four LIFT projects: Building Better Health West London, Building Better Health Southwark Lambeth Lewisham, South West London Health Partnerships and Renova Developments.
Since the establishment of the LIFT companies in 2005, we have developed and now manage a portfolio of over 20 buldings. Ranging between 1000m2 and 9000m2, the facilities accommodate a wide range of public health services as well as council and leisure services.
